General Information
We are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. We are closed on public holidays.
What are your operating hours?
We accept walk-ins, but booking an appointment is recommended to avoid waiting times.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
Our CBD practice is at 74 Loop Street, Cape Town, surrounded by iconic landmarks and easy transport links.
Our Sea Point practice is located at 11 Kloof Road, Sea Point, just steps away from the bustling Sea Point Promenade.

How do I book an appointment?
Please bring your ID, medical aid card, and a list of any medications you’re currently taking.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Yes, same-day appointments are available. Please call us to check availability.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly let us know at least two (2) hours before your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you have an urgent medical concern or require immediate assistance, we recommend visiting your nearest hospital or emergency department for prompt care.

What services do you offer?
Do you offer telehealth consultations?
Yes, we offer virtual consultations but only to existing patients. New patients are required to come into the practice to see the doctor.
Billing and Medical Aid
Do you accept medical aid?
Yes, we are contracted with most medical aids in South Africa. Please check with our reception for confirmation.
We accept private patients with cash and card payments. Our reception will provide information on consultation fees.
